Return Policy
Every item you receive from Mignon and Compagnie should tickle your fancy! We are proud of our selections and want to offer you the latest and greatest. If, however, an item does not meet your highest expectations, please do not hesitate to return it within 14 days of recorded delivery date. Returns received after the specified time are subject to merchandise credit only. We gladly accept returns or exchanges providing that the item has not been worn or washed, the tags are still intact, and that the item is in its original packaging, including any protective shields. Customized items are purchased on an absolutely no return policy and will not be accepted back. If your item has been damaged during shipping, notify us immediately so that we can help make every effort to have it replaced. Please do remember that all merchandise is subject to availability and that we do not absorb shipping costs if you are exchanging or returning an item.

Original Sales Receipt Merchandise Returns
Merchandise may be exchanged, or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid when returned within 14 days of original merchandise recorded delivery date. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns more than 14 days after the recorded delivery date. A return/exchange or gift receipt does not serve as an original receipt.
Gift Receipt Merchandise Returns
An exchange can be made applying the value of the original purchase price. For refunds over $5 there will be a merchandise credit issued.
Returns without Proof of Purchase
Returns without some form of proof of purchase or a packing slip are not accepted. Sorry, no exceptions.
Gift Certificates and Merchandise Credits
Gift Certificates and Merchandise Credits may be redeemed for merchandise only. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates or merchandise credits will not be replaced. Merchandise Credits are non transferable.

In Person Returning and Exchanging
Merchandise purchased online may also be returned to our affiliate store in Miami Lakes, Florida. Simply bring the purchase receipt and entire packing slip to:

Valid identification is required for all in-person returns and exchanges to receive or redeem a merchandise credit. Valid identification includes driver's license, military ID, state/province issued ID or passport.
Mail Return Policy
Merchandise purchased online may also be returned to Mignon and Compagnie by mail. Simply include a note with your reason for return, what you wish to get in exchange, or simply state you wish to get a refund. Place the merchandise and note in a box, secure it, and mail it to:

We will send you a receipt and/or email notification when a credit to your credit card or merchandise credit has been issued.
Returns without a receipt will not be accepted
Price Adjustment Policy
A one-time price adjustment will be permitted within 7 days of initial purchase with original receipt. Forms must be postmarked within 7 days of order date noted on the packing slip. All adjustments are refunded in the original form of payment. For price adjustments for online orders, mail or bring the entire packing slip to:
